Get your gift matched!

Want to double or even triple your donation to Radiance? Many companies and organizations sponsor matching gift programs, allowing you to increase the impact of your charitable giving.

Here’s how to participate:

Make your gift to Radiance through our Donate page.
Then, ask your Human Resources department if your company has an employee matching gift program. Some companies also match gifts made by spouses and retirees.
Request a Gift Match form from your employer. Some Matching Gift programs are managed online. If this is the case, simply follow the processes outlined by your employer.
If your employer provides a paper form, fill out the donor information and send the completed form to:
